The photo series "Man in the Mirror" are photographs of reflections on polished stainless steel plates. Contrasts and color saturation have been increased in image processing/development. Shapes were not subsequently changed or constructed (no photo montages). The edges of the picture have been edited so that the impression of a painted picture is created. Lines that run through the pictures are edges of the stainless steel plates. I usually take photographs of this kind on metal facades of houses. Bumps in the metal and curves give rise to very interesting reflections. With the right angle I look for "shapes", "faces", "animals" etc
